Directions of Use

1. Wash your hands before use.
2. Fold the cup and gently insert it.
3. Once inside, allow it to open and form a seal.
4. Do not leave in for longer than 12 hours.
5. To remove, pinch the base to release the seal and gently pull out.
6. Empty, rinse with cold water, and reinsert or store in a breathable pouch.
