Mesoestetic Cosmelan 2 (30g) is a powerful, home-use depigmenting cream designed to treat facial hyperpigmentation, such as melasma, sunspots, and age spots. It works by inhibiting tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for melanin production, to fade existing spots and prevent new ones from forming.
